2024年度吹田市放課後キッズスクエアの申し込みについて
Children in the 4th grade of elementary school and whose parents meet the criteria for admission to the After-School Kids Square are eligible to use it.
■Eligibility
Children in the 4th grade of elementary school
■Available Days
After school on weekdays and during long breaks (summer, winter, and spring breaks)
■Available Time
Weekdays after school until 5 pm., and from 8:30 am to 5 pm on long breaks. Extended hours are available until 6:30 pm on weekdays and long breaks.
■Cost
1,000 yen.（Including extended use fee)
■Application
・If you wish to use the service from April 1, 2024, please apply between Friday, September 29 and Thursday, November 30, 2023.
・The application form (Japanese only)is available at the After School Care Child Development Room (Rusu Katei Jido Ikusei Shitsu) (at the school), After-School Child Development Office at Suita City Hall(Houkago Kodomo Ikusei Shitsu), and also at each branch offices, etc.
・It can be printed out from Suita City homepage as well.（※Application forms for fee reduction/exemption and the request form for account transfer cannot be printed out. Therefore, please contact the department in charge).
