2024年度吹田市留守家庭児童育成室の申し込みについて
Children from 1st to 4th grade of elementary school, whose parents or guardians work and those who meet the requirements, can apply for after school care program.
■Eligibility
Children from 1st to 4th grade of elementary school.
■Available Days
Week days after school time, 4th Saturday of the month, long breaks (summer, winter, spring breaks)
■Available Time
Week days after school time until 5pm; 8:30am to 5pm for 4th Saturday of the month and long breaks (depending on the school, starts from 8am). Extended time until 6:30pm is possible for weekdays and long breaks (depending on the school, it can be extended until 7pm).
■Fee
4,000 yen. Fees for extended time and snacks are charged separately.
■Application
・If you wish to use the service from April 1, 2024、please apply from Friday, September 29 to Thursday, November 30, 2023.
・The application form (Japanese only)is available at the After School Care Child Development Room(Rusu Katei Jido Ikusei Shitsu) at the school, After-School Child Development Office at Suita City Hall(Houkago Kodomo Ikusei Shitsu), and also at each branch offices, etc.
・It can be printed out from Suita City homepage as well.（※Application forms for fee reduction/exemption and the request form for account transfer cannot be printed out. Therefore, please contact the department in charge）.
※If the capacity of applicants exceeds, selection will be made and it may not be available.
・Whether the service will be available or not, a notification will be sent by mail in middle February to beginning of March of 2024.
