国保健康診査のお知らせ
Members of the Suita City National Health Insurance are eligible to receive a health checkup.
■Eligibility
Those who meets the conditions as below;(1)and(2)
(1) Those who enroll in Suita city National Health Insurance Program
(2) Those who reach the age of 40 to 74 from April 2024 to March 2025
■Medical Chekup items
Height and Weight, Urine test, Blood test
■Fee
Free
■Registration procedure
(1) A medical examination ticket will be sent to you during the month before your birthday
(2) Please bring the medical examination ticket along with your National Health Insurance Card to a cooperating medical institution within Suita city during your birthday month or the next month.
■For those who wish to register for comprehensive medical screening(Ningen Dokku)
Subsidies are also provided for those who wish to take a comprehensive medical screening instead of the National Medical Chekup.
However, there are conditions for receiving the subsidies.
